Check that the PinNet controller jumper 'Link to enable DHCP' is appropriately set

Corrective action

Without the jumper connected, the default factory IP address of the PinNet controller is 192.168.0.254 on port 80.  To test, either ping the address or access it via a browser on http://192.168.0.254

If you're not DHCPing to a router, make sure the IP address of the pc is in the same range as the PinNet. In other words if the PinNet is on 192.168.0.254, then the pc needs to be on something like 192.168.0.10.  with the first three set of numbers being the same.
