What to check

Check that the fob has been added to the system, either through the built-in web server or the PinNet portal for sim connected contract customers.  For instructions for connecting to the webserver follow the instructions below.

Corrective action

Login to the built-in webserver (on the PinNet controller) and click the 'users' menu option to see if the fob is listed, active and relays switched on.  Make a note of the set time profile for the fob and check-in both the 'time profile' screen and Date/Time to ensure the fob is allowed.
