What to check

Check that the fob has been added to the system, either through the built-in web server or the PinNet portal for sim connected contract customers. For instructions for connecting to the webserver follow the link below.

Corrective action

Login to the built-in web server and click the 'users' menu option to see if the fob is listed, active and relays switched on
