What to check

In order to get power to the CISA lock on the door, a door loop may be fitted.

Check the condition of the loop, if it is not special flexible cable it may have an unseen internal fracture.

Get someone to press and hold their lock button while you wiggle the door loop to see if you get an intermittent connection.
