What to check

The door unit interprets the door open command coming from phones and the D6 wire sends serial data, about 12v AC/DC to the lock relay in the power supply.

The voltage is only there for the door open time, this is adjustable on the back of the door unit.

Corrective Action

RE-connect the D6 wire.
