What to check

The A1 or A2 connections are the incoming call wire coming from the door panel button.

Terminal A1 is for the buzzer option if fitted.

The A1/A2 & B terminals should have 12vAC when the door button is pressed.

Corrective Action

If not there may be a loose connection or disconnection between this phone and the door panel button.
