What to check

The lamp window above the camera is to illuminate the caller.

This should come ON when any button is pressed and will time out OFF after about 2 minutes.

The lamp my be a glass festoon 12v 5w tubular lamp or the newer LED type.

Replace the lamp, or update to the newer LED type.
