What to check
The are 4 LED's in series on this PCB, one or more may fail.
Measure voltage across lamp terminals, should be about 12vDC
You can try shorting each LED in turn to detect which LED has failed, the remaining 3 should come ON.
Corrective Action
Replace lamp PCB.
