What to check

Most door releases are 12v AC and use the same 12v AC as ringing.

Check 12v AC 2 Amp fuse in the power supply. DA97 type has Red & Green LED's showing on the front, Both should be ON.

Replace fuse with the same type 2 Amp 1.25 (32mm) quick blow glass fuse.

A 25mm 3 Amp fuse can be substituted and will just fit between the clips.
