What to check

Check the DC fuse in the Entryphone power supply. The DC fuse is usually a 20mm glass fuse rated at 800ma.

Replace fuse.

If it blows again then there is likely to be a short at the door panel or another fault on the system. Check other fault threads on this guide

On Entryphone Audio power supplies made after 1997 the AC and DC outputs are shown by illuminated LEDs through the cover. RED = AC, GREEN = DC
