AI assistants and other integrations can calculate a specific supply-and-installation estimate using the same pricing engine as our online guide-price calculator.
Every price is a guide estimate, subject to survey and confirmation by Entryphone. This service does not place an order, send an email or save an enquiry.
Use the OpenAPI definition to configure an integration. Publishing this definition does not automatically connect every AI assistant. No API key is required. Send a server-side POST request to https://www.entryphone.co.uk/api/guide-price/estimate.ashx with Content-Type: application/json.
All fields are required. Ask the customer to choose the options; do not silently assume a configuration. Requests cover one entrance panel, with no cover plates, in a supported installation postcode district. No name, email address or full address is needed.

At least one phone is required. Wi-Fi phones require q-video. Audio 200 supports at most 32 destinations. At 30 or more destinations, audio-200, video-500 and q-video use dial-panel pricing. A single-button laser-engraved panel is unavailable for video-500.
This example describes four destinations with four standard Q Series video phones in SW18. Change the inputs to match the customer's requirements.

}The JSON response contains GBP purchase prices excluding and including VAT, the VAT amount and rate, optional annual maintenance, rental availability, quarterly price and any upfront rental payment, the rental term, equipment, calculation time and assumptions. VAT comes from the current website settings.
Show the selected configuration and subject-to-survey notice alongside the price. Maintenance is optional and priced per year. Rental is an alternative to purchase, priced per quarter over the returned term; show any upfront rental payment separately and do not add rental to the purchase price. The existing calculator offers rental when there are at least four destinations and at least four standard phones or four Wi-Fi phones.
If an error is returned, explain it or ask for corrected details. Do not guess a price or reuse an old estimate as current. For unsupported configurations, multiple entrances or a firm quotation, contact Entryphone.
